The Role: The Psychologist will play a pivotal role in providing person-centred psychology services to NDIS participants. The role involves assessing and diagnosing various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, and developing tailored treatment plans to support participants in achieving their goals. The Psychologist will work across a range of settings, ensuring a holistic approach to service delivery by collaborating with other healthcare specialists. Additionally, the role requires proactive engagement with participants and their families, delivering training to disability support workers, and managing case-related administrative tasks.

Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology or equivalent.
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a psychologist, including participation in clinical supervision and professional development.
  • Experience in providing services to people with complex needs is highly regarded.
  • Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate with CPR.
  • Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a registered, insured vehicle.
  • NDIS Worker Screening check
  • Working with children check or vulnerable people check.
  • NDIS Orientation Certificate or willingness to obtain.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of people with disability.
