Our client is a multi disciplinary practice, which has grown from initially delivering return to work services, to expanding services in recruitment, disability services, injury management and medical assessments.
The Role:
The Rehabilitation Counsellor will manage cases of non-compensable and compensable clients to agreed Key Performance Indicators, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of the quality of services provided to customers and by the organisation, i.e. value to the customer. The Counsellor plays a pivotal role in the delivery of business outcomes, including meeting budgetary and customer performance requirements

The Role:

The Counsellor plays a pivotal role in the delivery of business outcomes, including meeting budgetary and customer performance requirements
Essential Criteria:
- Undergraduate qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or another relevant discipline or experience that is regarded as equivalent
- Full membership within the relevant peak body
- Demonstrated ability to function as an effective Counsellor
- Experience within workers compensation, specifically DVA cases
- Demonstrated ability to co-ordinate and manage complex cases
- Advanced computer skills
- Advanced administration and organisational skills
