About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with participants aged 5 years and above, presenting with various conditions, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, neurological conditions, and physical disabilities. Your role will involve:
- Conducting individual assessments and designing tailored therapy plans to help participants achieve their goals.
- Providing therapy in clinic rooms, schools, or via telehealth.
- Supporting participants with sensory profiling, assistive technology, and functional capacity assessments.
- Collaborating with families, medical practitioners, schools, and allied health professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Completing detailed case management notes and professional reports.

- KPIs are based on participant outcomes—not billable hours.
- Administrative support to handle your calendar and invoicing so you can focus on client care.
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA.
- Experience working with participants with disabilities or those who are neurodivergent is highly regarded.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality reports and engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (essential).
