Our client is seeking a passionate and driven Occupational Therapist to join their team under the Aged Care and Disability Services segment. The Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide high-quality services under the Consumer Directed Care model, including the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Home Care Packages, and private services. You will work closely with clients and their support networks, delivering assessments, treatments, and tailored programs that empower individuals to participate fully in daily living. You will collaborate with internal teams and external health and welfare agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Delivering individual and group-based occupational therapy services.
  • Preparing assessment and progress reports for relevant stakeholders.
  • Working with support coordinators and care managers to identify client needs.
  • Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings and service planning.
  • Ensuring compliance with funding and reporting requirements.
Essential Criteria
  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA).
  • Recent experience in providing occupational therapy services.
  • Ability to work in both individual and group-based settings.
  • Strong teamwork and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Minimum green registration with the State-Wide Equipment Program (SWEP).
  • Medicare Benefits Schedule/Private health insurance registration (or eligibility).
  • Current First Aid certificate.
