The Role:

You will play a key role in providing high-quality HR management skills. Your role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members. You will be responsible for monitoring staff performance, providing constructive feedback, and implementing performance management strategies to ensure a high standard of service delivery. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve workplace challenges, supporting staff in overcoming obstacles and fostering a positive work environment. Maintaining accurate records and adhering to industry compliance and safety standards is essential. You will be expected to respond proactively to challenges and provide innovative solutions. Essential Criteria:
  • Relevant qualifications in industry-specific field or equivalent experience
  • 2 year HR experience
  • Experience managing staff
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience in case management or client support services
  • High level of organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
