Our Client
Our client is a registered NDIS provider offering specialist therapy services to participants under their NDIS plans. They deliver services across the Perth Metro area and parts of regional Western Australia, with multiple office locations.

The Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated professional with an Allied Health background or Behavioural Science qualification to join their team. The ideal candidate will either be a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst or have more than two years of experience in delivering Positive Behaviour Support. This role involves working with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting both indirect and direct assessments, including observations and data collection, to develop behaviour support plans and functional behavioural assessments.
  • Providing support to NDIS participants, their carers, families, and significant others.
  • Offering training and guidance on implementing interventions and strategies outlined in behaviour support plans, including fade-out plans for restrictive practices.
  • Assisting participants in achieving their person-centered goals.
  • Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Leading a team and supporting other core practitioners.

Essential Criteria
  • Certification as a Behaviour Analyst or a minimum of two years of experience in Positive Behaviour Support.
  • Proven experience working with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
  • A valid Working with Children card, National Police Clearance, and a current driver’s license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
