About Melissa
Melissa has extensive experience within the Human Resources arena. She is CIPD qualified and has comprehensive experience in employment law and psychometric assessments. Her role with the Four Pillars Group is to ensure that all HR policies and procedures are followed and adhered to whilst heading up and overseeing the compliance and occupational health and safety functions. She is responsible for developing all HR strategies, policies and practices and oversees all workforce related matters and employee on-boarding.
