Gareth is a highly experienced and well respected leader in the recruitment industry, having worked across a variety of commercial, technical and professional services markets over the last 25 years. He understands the challenges as well as the keys to success that organisations, and the people within them, face. His experience and skill in client, candidate and consultant management has led to notable success within the recruitment agencies he has worked within, managed and owned.
His role as COO of the Four Pillars Group sees him set comprehensive goals for performance and growth for the Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment business whilst nurturing the company culture and vision. Gareth also provides support and guidance to our employees and plays a key role in identifying and recruiting future leaders for the Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment business, as we look to expand and diversify our portfolio across the Aged Care, Nursing, Medical, Care and Wellbeing sectors.
