Having graduated with a BA in Psychology and an MA in Criminology, Donnchadh amassed hands-on frontline experience within the social work and care arenas in Ireland and Australia. Having commenced his recruitment career in 2015 his drive, tenacity, determination, work ethic and willingness to find the right candidates for his clients quickly saw him become an exceptional performer. His career trajectory progressed to Director level rapidly. He has scaled and grown high performing and high energy teams into new and diverse markets across both temporary and permanent recruitment. As CEO , Donnchadh is responsible for all day-to-day management of the business operations. Donnchadh is a passionate advocate for mental health awareness and does volunteer work to promote this cause, to raise awareness and break down the stigma associated with it.
