The role:
As a Senior Clinical Psychologist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's vision of transforming psychotherapy into a societal tool for awareness, healing, and growth. Our clients mission is to advance new models of metacognitive and mentalizing practices in clinical settings through application, supervision, and training.

As a senior professional member of the team, you will work directly with clients to alleviate psychological distress and promote well-being across diverse circumstances. Your role extends beyond individual therapy, actively contributing to the establishment of a robust referral stream and serving as a role model for your colleagues. This includes upholding the organisations reputation, enhancing the employee experience, and fostering productive relationships with commercial partners. 

Your commitment to professional growth is essential, demonstrated by your willingness to stay abreast of proven and emerging methodologies and innovations in the field. As a senior member, you may be involved in supervising less experienced clinicians, contributing peer ideas, and actively participating in advancing our practice standards. Your accountability will be measured not only by the quality of service provided but also by your enthusiasm for ongoing professional development and your ability to align with and contribute to the organisations unique culture.

Essential Criteria
  • Postgraduate degree in Psychology
  • Full AHPRA Clinical Registration
  • General AHPRA Registration will be considered
  • Hold Board Approved Supervision Accreditation or eligible to apply
  • Minimum 5 years' experience
  • Experience providing individual, family and relationship counselling
  • Police Check and WWCC
