Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and implement innovative strategies to expand our clients’ homecare services, ensuring they align with their overall business goals.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, referral partners, and key stakeholders to secure new business and ensure ongoing success.
  • Market Intelligence: Research market trends, identify potential business opportunities, and stay ahead of competitors to maximize growth potential.
  • Represent the Brand: Act as a brand ambassador by participating in industry events and promoting our client to enhance visibility and attract new clients.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or surpass sales objectives, ensuring accurate performance tracking and continuous improvement.

Criteria:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in business development or sales, ideally within the healthcare sector (experience in homecare is an advantage, but not essential).
  • Self-Motivated: A goal-oriented, driven individual who can work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently.
  • Team-Oriented: Collaborative and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: A solid understanding of the healthcare or homecare industry and its key drivers.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to build rapport and engage professionally with clients and stakeholders.
