The Role: As the Occupational Therapy Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and providing supervision and PD to a team of Occupational Therapists. In addition to mentoring, you will have a reduced caseload of your own clients to allow for focus on team leadership and support. Engage in internal leadership initiatives, earn incentives linked to team achievements, and participate in an employee referral program. Requirements:

• Relevant Occupational Therapy OT + AHPRA reg
• Experience in clinical supervision, particularly within disability services
• Proficient in leadership, interpersonal communication, and technology use
• Ability to provide supervision and CPD to a team of OTs
• Willingness to maintain a reduced caseload while focusing on team leadership
